We see ourselves as indispensable business partners for each of our clients, with the ability to deliver local insights and a global reach. We collaborate with our clients to provide them with strategic commercial legal advice and help them grow.

Evidence of the quality of our work can be found in the number of financial institutions and multinational corporations who seek our advice on complex matters. In the last decade alone, our London Corporate Practice has worked on more than 350 M&A deals, with a combined value of £195 billion.
