What we do
We are a global firm. But being global is as much about a state of mind and way of working as it is about size and geography. It gives us an awareness of idiosyncratic business cultures. It enables us to navigate complex legal issues across practices and borders. And because we collaborate, we continue to learn, grow and deliver for our clients. It’s an approach that distinguishes us from our competitors – and one that will give you a unique perspective on the world of law.
Our expertise ranges across 11 distinct practice areas:
We advise banks and borrowers on debt finance aspects of business acquisitions, large-scale project and asset investments, and corporate financings and restructurings.
